Processing time
Orders placed before 3pm CT ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Rates & speed
Free Shipping — $0, USPS Priority 2–3 business days, automatic on every order $150.00 and up. Standard Shipping — flat $12.00, USPS Priority 3–5 business days, on orders under $150.00. Express Shipping — $24.95, UPS 2nd Day Air, 2 business days, cut-off 3pm CT.
Packaging
Every vial is sealed under inert atmosphere, cold-packed with gel ice where required, and shipped in plain discreet outer packaging with no branding or product names on the label.
Where we ship
All 50 US states. International orders are reviewed case by case — contact us before ordering. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import restrictions.
Tracking & lost packages
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email us and we will open a carrier claim and reship or refund the order once the claim is confirmed.
