30-day guarantee
Unopened, factory-sealed vials and sprays can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the order was damaged, incorrect or defective.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Email a photo of the package and vial within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement immediately — no return needed. Broken stoppers, cracked vials, compromised seals and mis-picked strengths all qualify.
What we cannot accept
- Opened, punctured or reconstituted vials
- Bacteriostatic water and consumables once the seal is broken
- Custom bulk or Build a Box orders after they enter fulfillment
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Start a return or reach support
Send your order number and reason through our contact form. We reply within one business day with an RMA number and instructions. Refunds post to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being received.
- Submit the contact form with your order number and photos if items arrived damaged.
- We email an RMA number and the return address within one business day.
- Ship the unopened items back with the RMA number written on the outer box.
- Refund or replacement is issued within 3–5 business days of arrival.
