Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3pm CT ship the same business day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. We do not ship weekends or holidays.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your label is created. If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and reship or refund.
Where are the certificates of analysis?
Every product has a downloadable third-party COA with lot number and purity. Open the COAs page or the View COA button on any product.
How should I store my vials?
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature in transit; store at 2–8°C on arrival and protect from light. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within the window on the COA.
