1. Our commitment
Cryonic Labs works to make cryoniclabs.com usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
2. What we do
Semantic headings and landmarks, labeled form fields, alt text on product imagery, visible keyboard focus, and color contrast checked against AA thresholds.
Responsive layouts that work at 320px width and at 200% zoom without loss of content or function.
3. Known limitations
Payment is completed on our third-party payment provider's checkout, and Certificates of Analysis are supplied as scanned PDFs from testing laboratories, so some of that content may not be fully screen-reader accessible. If you need a COA value read out or an order placed with assistance, contact us and we will help directly.
4. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day and to remedy confirmed issues promptly.
